ASA stands for Automatic Session Analysis.

This new training tool lets you automatically compare the trainee session history (how they analysed and solved a problem) with the “recommended” solution.

It gives an overall comparison of the results, notes the differences in methodology (example the trainee tries to set color before correcting register problems, etc), and can also show, side-by-side, each step taken by the trainee and the good operator.

Note: it is possible to take any session history and make it the ‘recommended solution”.

The ASA lets trainers get a quick overview of how trainees are progressing, and concentrate their time on those needing the most help.

Remote Supervision: since the session histories are small files that can easily be sent between sites, it is now very easy for a trainer on one site to evaluate the trainee results from many other sites.
